At Purrozen, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Our Shipping Policy outlines the process for shipping your orders, including delivery options, shipping fees, and other important details to ensure that your items reach you in a timely and secure manner.
- Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, we begin processing it immediately. Please note that we process orders during our business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days from the date of receipt. However, during busy periods, such as holidays or special sales events, processing times may vary slightly.
- Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. This is our most affordable shipping option.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days from the date of shipment. This option is available for a fee and offers faster delivery.
- Express Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within 1-2 business days for orders placed before 12:00 PM. This option provides the quickest delivery time and is available for an additional charge.
Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or delivery carrier delays. We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, but once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are subject to their terms and conditions.
- Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States. For orders under $150, a standard shipping fee will apply. The cost for expedited and express shipping options will be shown at checkout.
- International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to a select group of countries. Shipping rates for international orders are determined at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items. Please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply for international orders, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website. If you encounter any issues or delays, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
- Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations. In such cases, we will notify you via email and provide alternative shipping options or issue a refund if necessary.
- Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable. If the item is damaged upon arrival, please retain the packaging and take photographs of the damage to assist us in processing your claim.
