  • Gift Cards: Purrozen gift cards are available for purchase and can be used during checkout. Simply enter the gift card code when prompted, and the balance will be applied to your order.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later: We offer Buy Now, Pay Later options through third-party services like Klarna and Afterpay. These services allow you to split your payment into multiple installments for added flexibility.

Sales tax is calculated based on your delivery address and the applicable tax rate in your state or region. The tax amount will be automatically added to your order total during checkout. You will be able to see the tax breakdown before finalizing your purchase.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you may return the items according to our Return Policy. For refunds, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing may take 5-7 business days, depending on the payment method.

To protect against fraudulent transactions, we may take additional measures to verify the legitimacy of your payment.
