1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, starting from the date of purchase. This gives you plenty of time to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your return.
- The request for return must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Certain items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged. These include:

- Ship the Item: Return the item to us at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund process usually takes about 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the refund is issued in the form of store credit, it can be used for future purchases on our website.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to a defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
- If the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products, depending on availability. If you would like to exchange your item for another product:

6. Late or Missing Refunds

Please note: If you received the refund, but it was credited to a different account or card, we advise you to contact your bank or credit card company for clarification.
7. Order Cancellations
We process most orders quickly to ensure timely shipping, so cancellations can only be made if the order has not already been shipped. If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it, but we will gladly assist you with a return after you receive the item.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75 to ensure safe return delivery.

For customers outside of the United States, you can return your item following the same steps as domestic returns. However, you will be responsible for any additional return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. International return shipping may take longer, so please account for the extended transit time.
